About

Royles Gourmet is a family owned, family oriented Catering Company serving as a source of nutrition for Schools and Child Care Centers. While our clients may be organizations, our commitment is to the children. Royles Gourmet is home to a team of devoted and experienced chefs with one goal: provide a fresh, healthy, and balanced alternative.

Leading the way, our Executive Chef, Royle Sanchez, is a graduate from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Management. However, not until he ventured out was he able to hone his craft and turn, what was a career, into his passion. From the Biltmore, to the world famous Fontainebleau Hotel, Royle’s culinary skill and passion came to a crossroads. He realized his abilities were being used to cater to the wants of people, when they could be used to cater to the needs of people.

Inspired by the very needs of his own siblings in his country, Venezuela, and guided by passion, he decided to venture out on his own. Royle has partnered with organizations such as the March of Dimes and Open Valley Academy, to provide a healthier alternative for children. Since the birth of his son Sebastian, his passion grew stronger. Royle is not driven by income, rather the outcome of his commitment to providing your child with a meal he would make for his own.
